Synergy Bank Announces Vice President and Banking Officers
Synergy Bank’s board of directors recently named promotions within bank leadership. Tommy Marsh was named Vice President and Ashley Bergeron and Brandi Savoie were named Banking Officers. The announcement was made by Jerry P. Ledet, Jr., Synergy Bank President.
With 22 years of bank management and lending experience, Tommy Marsh recently joined Synergy Bank as Commercial Lender and Vice President. Tommy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University and has graduated from several banking schools including American Banker Association Commercial Lending School. He is a member of the Krewe of Hercules and a Rotarian.
Ashley Bergeron was promoted to Human Resources Director and Banking Officer. Ashley has 15 years of experience, eight of which are with Synergy Bank. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at Nicholls State University. She received her certification as a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Professional and is the current Membership Director for the local chapter.
Brandi Savoie was appointed as a Banking Officer. Brandi joined Synergy Bank 15 years ago, where she has served in many roles including Teller, Head Teller, and Senior Head Teller. She currently oversees teller operations for all Synergy Bank locations. Brandi recently graduated from the Louisiana Banker Association Leadership School and is a participant of Leadership Lafourche.
